Service Conditions:

By purchasing U-Cube(s) with us you are agreeing to the following conditions:

1. The trip/scheduled days are flexible, for example the schedule may show that we will be touring Vancouver, BC on a certain day, but because of probabilities out of our control for example (Severe weather, mechanical repairs to the vehicle, medical emergencies, family emergencies) we reserve the right to delay the venture for a variable amount of time depending on the severity of the issue.

2. To avoid certain legalities, although we will be touring through the United States of America all U-Cubes are purchased and sold with in Canada. This does not mean if you are from the United States you can not have your own U-Cube it only means that no transactions will be done while IN the United States of America.

3. All sales are final and may only be refunded if any of the following occur: If we do not reach the minimum funds required to fund the venture; An unexpected event occurs that will delay the trip indefinitely or for a extenuated amount of time. You will not be refunded if your U-Cube(s) is deemed unfit in the sense that it violates a certain law/bylaw or it breaks any of the rules listed on the Buy Now! page.

4. We are not responsible for the quality of the image you submitted, we will not degrade the image we will only resize it to the appropriate size purchased if need be. To obtain the clearest final image make sure your submission a high DPI (Dots Per Inch) the higher quality the image the clearer it will look. Also we can not guarantee where your U-Cube will be featured on the vehicle, it might be anywhere although we do guarantee that it will not be hidden it will be visible. We can only keep you your family or friends together if specifically asked to do so.

5. If you have purchased a U-Cube(s) with us you may use all material offered in the website, as long as you use it in an appropriate manner and you do not belittle other owners or the website and venture in its entirety. You may use the materials to promote your own company, for example "We are a proud to be part of That Adventure". You may not download or use any sound file for we do not hold their distribution rights, you must contact the right party to do such.
